First Scenario
When a ship is sailing, and it encounters adverse weather conditions, seawater or rainwater may enter the air cap, and it cannot be discharged in time. To prevent this, the ship's deck has a ventilation cap/air pipe head that lifts the internal ventilation cap float/ventilation cap float and prevents water from entering the air pipe.
